Cháriot (Catering)

Charriot represents a kitchen in motion, designed to adapt. It is rooted in a practical tradition where cooking meant understanding the product, making the most of every ingredient, and taking smart decisions with what was available. It is functional, honest cooking, free of unnecessary artifice.

A kitchen that moves forward with intention, respects resources, and finds value in well-considered simplicity. An identity that keeps moving, without excess and without waste.

Coffee Corner

The Coffee Corner constitutes the seed of Blaze. It began with a single coffee machine and the ambition to deliver a truly elevated service. Today, Blaze designs and installs fully equipped specialty coffee bars, capable of operating seamlessly regardless of location or circumstance. Each Coffee Corner is conceived as a carefully considered spatial intervention, where functionality and aesthetics converge in the pursuit of the highest standards of service.

At Blaze, we develop bespoke installations tailored to the specific context and requirements of every project.
